  • I offer a "Pay What You Can" pricing model for my 1:1 coaching sessions. This allows everyone to access coaching while supporting the growth of my practice. The suggested donation range is $50–$150 per session, but you can choose what works best for your budget. Your contribution is appreciated!

  • At the end of our coaching program, we'll take time to celebrate all the progress you've made—big or small.

    We'll reflect on your journey, acknowledge your accomplishments, and discuss ways to maintain and build upon your newfound wellness habits. Recognizing these milestones is key to staying motivated and empowered on your path forward.
