I earned my Bachelors in Education focusing on Kinesiology at the University of Kentucky in May 2017.

This year, I decided to go back to earn my graduate certification in Integrated Strategic Communications, learning about social media, UX design, and data analytics.

Now, I am skilled at merging digital marketing and communication with education and exercise science.

Right now, I’m dedicated to expanding my knowledge in health and wellness through certifcation with Wellcoaches.

This journey not only deepens my understanding of holistic health, but also reinforces my commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their wellness goals through personalized coaching and support.

In 2019, I founded Dopematik, a dope clothing art business that served as a canvas for creative expression.

I collaborated closely with clients to make art pieces they loved and hosted fun art events. It was all about bringing people together through creativity!

I anticipate to bring it back this year with a different approach ;)

Inspired by my entrepreneurial spirit and love for self-care, I venture into the art of tea with Ooohlaté.

I created unique tea blends and products like tea bombs for people to enjoy and relax with. It’s all about making the small everyday moment special with delicious tea!
